Short Course Awards for Africa: The Australian Government offers short term Australia Award opportunities and training workshops available for African nationals.
A range of Short Courses and training workshops have been developed.
These are available in the following fields:

Agriculture

International Diplomacy

Mining

Organisational Development

Public Private Partnerships

Technical and Vocational Education and Training Policy

Reform and Teacher Skills Upgrades

Trade Policy, Analysis and Negotiation
Up to 400 places will be available to experienced employees from African public, private and civil society organizations.

Applications from Africans wishing to undertake a short course in the available fields, will open on September 1 and close end of November.
Successful applicants will have costs covered, including air ticket, visa expenses, accommodation, living allowance and Workshop/Short course tuition.
