Job Title: Curriculum Coordinator Trainee (Special Needs Education: Visual Impairment) – 1 Vacancy

Desired Qualifications
Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in education or related field in the candidate’s subject of specializationor equivalent qualifications from a recognised institution. In addition, the candidate must be eligible for registration as a technical teacher by virtue of his/her qualifications.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Teaches up to NTA Level 6 (Ordinary Diploma);
• Develops and tries out school and college curricula;
• Conducts in-service courses and seminars for tutors and teachers;
• Participates in research, monitoring and evaluation of curricula and educational activities;
• Participates in the provision of consultancy services in education under supervision;
• Writes academic papers as well as teaching and learning materials in the area of specialisation; and
• Performs any other duties as may be assigned by immediate supervisor



Other Conditions
